One Another: Way of Christ

The letter of Hebrews was written to a persecuted Jewish Church wavering in their faith. The author of Hebrews offers encouragement in a number of ways, including demonstrating the superiority of Christ over the law, reminding them of God’s promises, and discussing Christ’s sacrifice for us. In Hebrews 10, the wavering believers are reminded that we are not alone in times of trial, and in addition to finding comfort in fellow believers, we should be encouraging others to live faithfully as we navigate life with one another.
