After addressing the churches of Ephesus, Smyrna, and Pergamum, Jesus now dictates a message to the congregation meeting in the city of Thyatira. Although this church is loving, trusting, and serving, they are also sinfully lax and tolerant of dangerous compromise among the servants of God under their care.
