Life of Jesus: Last Beginnings

In Mark's preceding passage, Jesus warned against being awe-struck by the impressive, concluding with an awesome prophecy of the destruction of the Jewish Temple. Naturally, this raises questions from His Apostles about the timing of the end of all things. And of course, in Mark 13:3-13, Jesus does not give a direct answer! Instead, He begins by telling them only of the "not yet" beginnings of the precursor events that do NOT mean the end has come.
