Mark now comes to the climactic statement in the section of his evidence for the identity of Jesus as Savior. In Mark 10:32-45, Jesus predicts His own death and resurrection, but this time gives the purpose for the Sovereign's suffering: the salvation of many. Will we follow our Lord in humble service to others, or will we chase after our own glory?
