We all think of God as our Father who is in heaven, but sometimes it is easy to forget a couple implications of that reality. First, the best of fathers are protective and providing, but they are also just. Secondly, a good father will prioritize long-term relationship over short-term prosperity. And so it is in Psalm 91. The question is, which will we be satisfied with?
